If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return the product within 30 days of reception which will be based on tracking information provided by the third-party courier. All products are to be returned in their original packaging with the original contents. The buyer is responsible for any cost incurred in shipping back the product to us. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
All refunds will only be validated and processed after an investigation of the returned product. Should the product be found to be damaged through customer misuse, missing parts or customer tampering, Oaxis reserves the rights to withhold the refund fully or partially.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take days to weeks for your bank to update their system.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for the tracking of the return parcel. Please inform us at email@example.com before you proceed with any returns. Uninformed return parcels will not be entertained unless a prior acknowledgment is approved by Oaxis.
