1. Why I can't call the watchphone from my smartphone?
- Please make sure the SIM card in watchphone comes with caller ID display as we use that to determine if the caller is on the white list.
- Please make sure the caller phone number is added to the white list inside the app.
2. Why the display stated keep searching?
- Check if the SIM card has run out of credit, if the SIM card runs out of credit, the system will hold at the searching network stage as couldn't access to the network.
- If there is credit in the SIM card, please provide us your SIM card provider info by sending to firstname.lastname@example.org. Some MVNP SIM card provider is not supported by the watchphone at the moment and we will need to add the SIM Card provider APN setting to the watchphone via OTA.
